I really have a very weak core strength. Well, actually, my whole body is weak. So anyway, I've been thinking of enrolling to a gym for working out my core body but just the mention of the word "gym" makes me yawn.
Anyhoo, I've been attending yoga. Today was my second day. And, I had a great time with the Ashtanga Vinyasa Complete Primary series at Surya Nanda Yoga Studio (Cebu). Though, prolly all I did were awkward poses. But I was sweating like a pig for that 1hr+ session.
But I cannot be doing the yoga more frequent in a week so I thought of finding just easy DIY core strengthening routines at home. And, this is a great resource from Mayo clinic -- Slide show: Exercises to improve your core strength.
